Meet Our Team

Katie, Owner

Background: Katie is an Appleton, WI native who graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters in Accountancy. As a CPA, she spent six years in Phoenix, AZ working in public accounting and treasury roles. Following a move back to Wisconsin with her husband, Katie made a career change to pursue her passions of wedding gowns and small business. She knew Erika’s had access to amazing bridal lines, and decided to purchase the shop in March 2013.

Fun Fact: Erika’s Bridal was where Katie purchased her wedding dress back in 2009, and it was an Enzoani gown!

Katie, Consultant

Background: Katie joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in June 2014. Prior to this, she worked for a wedding/event planner in the area. She has a career in interior design, and an amazing eye for fashion. In addition to styling, Katie assists with the store visual displays.

Fun Fact: Katie wore an Enzoani wedding dress for her wedding in 2012!

Paige, Consultant

Background: Paige joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in February 2015. In addition to working as a bridal consultant, she also is a florist in the Neenah area. Paige has a love for everything bridal, and has a keen fashion sense. In addition to styling brides, Paige assists with the store visual displays.

Fun Fact: Paige wore an Enzoani Gown for her wedding in 2017!

Morgan, Consultant

Background: Morgan joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in April 2015. Prior to this, she modeled for Erika’s at wedding shows and media functions. Although she has a career in education, she did spend one semester as an apparel design student at UW-Stout. Morgan has an amazing eye for fashion, and loves working with our customers piecing together bridal party looks!

Fun Fact: Morgan apparently has always had a love for bridal gowns since she was little! She was a bride for Halloween in first grade.

Danielle, Consultant

Background: Danielle joined Erika’s Bridal Couture in August 2015. Prior to this, Danielle gained plenty of experience helping brides at a bridal salon in Madison, WI. Although she has a career in counseling, she thoroughly enjoys working in the bridal world and helping brides with their dress shopping!

Fun Fact: Danielle also has had a love for bridal gowns since she was young! She used to create gowns out of tissue for her Barbie dolls.

Kate, Consultant

Background: Kate joined Erika’s in January 2017. Prior to this, she was hard at work raising two babies at home. Kate has some history in the bridal world, working for another bridal shop in West Springfield, MA. She is so excited to be back in the bridal world, working with brides and their families!

Fun Fact: Kate was a customer of Erika’s Bridal before becoming a consultant. She purchased a bridesmaid dress for a friend’s wedding and that is how she found us!

Katrina, Consultant

Background: Katrina joined Erika’s in December 2017. Prior to this, she modeled for Erika’s at wedding shows and media functions. Aside from focusing on her communications studies, she currently competes in the pageant world. Her titles have included Miss Fond du Lac and Miss Green Bay Area, and she is working towards Miss Wisconsin! Katrina has a great eye for fashion and passion for working with people.

Karen, Consultant

Background: Karen joined Erika’s in September 2017. She has an extensive background in the corporate HR environment, as well as some history working at bridal shops in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Karen loves the wedding world, and adores spending time with brides to find their perfect look!

Fun Fact: Karen is a newlywed! She recently got married in January 2018 and looks forward to her honeymoon in the next year!

Cindy, Master Seamstress

Background: Cindy has a degree from UW-Stout in Clothing, Textiles, and Design, but her passion remains in bridal sewing. She has over 30 years experience in bridal alterations, working at various bridal salons before creating her own business, Altered Apparel. Cindy now contracts her business, Altered Apparel, through Erika’s Bridal, and performs in-house alterations on all of the gowns.

Fun Fact: Cindy worked under the original owner Erika Meyer! We are very lucky to have her back!
