Do I need an appointment to shop?
Yes. Appointments are required to ensure you receive individualized attention. A bridal stylist will assist you and offer you guidance and encouragement.
Can I bring in food and/or beverages?
Yes, only clear beverages, please. If you have any requests to bring in food or beverages, please get in touch with us first.
How Many Guests can I bring?
We encourage bringing supportive and loving guests who will celebrate you! Our bridal suites can comfortably accommodate four guests. We can accommodate more guests if space allows. Please give us a call or email if you want to request to add more. The entrance and seating in the boutique are wheelchair accessible. Young children are welcome, but we do require full hands-on supervision throughout the appointment.
How far in advance should I shop?
For a relaxing experience, we recommend ordering your dress 9-12 months in advance of your wedding date. Delivery times for a bridal dress are typically 4-6 months. Rush options can be available for an additional charge. In addition, you need to allow time for alterations, which can take 2-3 months. If you are on a shorter timeline, you can shop our Off-the-Rack selection of dresses.
Do you help with the full bridal look like accessories and veils?
Yes! During your initial bridal appointment, your bridal styling appointment, or an accessories appointment, we can help complete your bridal look with jewelry, veils, belts, or hair accessories.

What dress sizes do you carry?
Our sample bridal dresses range in size from 6-28, with the average size from 10-18. Our curve collection includes sizes ranging from 16-28. Depending on the designer, dresses can be ordered in sizes 00-32.
Do you offer alterations?
We do not have an in-house seamstress. However, we have a wonderful list of highly regarded seamstresses in the Fox Cities area. All of the seamstresses are well-established and have experience working on Erika's Bridal Couture dresses.
Our alterations referral list will be provided to our brides upon ordering.
How do I know what size to order?
Bridal sizing can run smaller than street sizing, and each designer's sizing is different. Your sizing is determined by your bust, waist, and hip measurements and then it is compared to the designer's size chart. Keep in mind that you're ordering to the closest base size and alterations are expected because everyone needs them.
Do you sell off-the-rack Dresses?
Yes. If you are on a shorter timeline or a budget, an Off-the-Rack appointment is perfect for you. Shop our collection of OTR bridal samples at a discounted price. These dresses are gently used designer samples, ready for you to take home on the day of purchase. Head to our Off The Rack page for a preview of this collection!

What Pricing Ranges should i expect?
Our bridal collections for made-to-order are priced from $1500 to $3500.
Our Off-the-Rack collection to take home on the day of purchase is priced from $500 to $1750.
Our veils and accessories are priced from $50 to $900.
How do you take payments?
To place your order, we require half down at the time of purchase. The remaining balance of the order is due when your dress arrives.
We take cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, and Apple Pay.
Can I cancel an order or return a dress?
Unfortunately, no. As dresses are special-ordered, all sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable.

What should I bring with me?
We suggest coming with an open mind and supportive guests. Keep it small and bring the people who get your style. Too many voices can overwhelm you. An open mind may bring you something you never expected.
Should I bring inspiration imagery with me?
Yes, inspiration photos of dresses you love can make your appointment feel smooth, fun, and less overwhelming. Your stylist will discuss silhouettes, necklines, and details and help complete your vision. You can check our Pinterest page for inspiration and our current inventory.
What should I wear to the appointment?
HELPFUL EXTRAS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
- A hair tie or clip is a helpful accessory to envision the full look, especially with a veil.
- Shoes with a similar height to what you will wear (not required, but helpful for measurements).
Should I come with a budget in mind?
Yes, it is helpful to set a general budget so your stylist can guide you to the dress that makes sense for you. Your stylist is always focused on dresses you can truly say yes to within your budget.
