Meet The owner
When Amy first walked into Erika’s Bridal Couture to search for her own dress, she knew there was something special about the boutique. It was a local boutique that was warm and inviting, and she knew she was in the right place.
A few years later, when she was seeking a change, becoming a bridal stylist and eventually the owner was the best thing that ever happened. Walking through the doors still holds that same magic and wonder, but now the purpose is a little different. Through patience, kindness, and a whole lot of heart, she experiences one of the most important times in a woman’s life. Her passion for fashion, bridal dresses, and working with an incredible team of women is what keeps her going!
Amy believes there is a dress for every bride. She is patient, welcoming, and has created a boutique focused on the experience. Her favorite part of each appointment is standing back and watching a bride fall in love with a dress. She loves getting to know each bride, since they become family. Amy will continue Erika's tradition of bridal designers, unique to the Fox Valley, and excellent customer service.

Amy has worn 3 dresses from Erika’s Bridal Couture! She wore a mini dress for her small wedding in Las Vegas. A fitted Blue by Enzoani dress for her larger reception. And on her 10th wedding anniversary, she wore a crepe Blue Willow dress for her vow renewal on the beach.
Michelle joined Erika’s team in 2019 to fulfill a desire to reconnect with the wedding industry. As a former event venue manager at some of the region's beautiful and historic venues, Michelle shares a true enthusiasm to help brides find a bridal look to complement the many aspects of their wedding day. The modern-romantic Watters dresses that we carry are some of Michelle's favorite dresses.
Fun fact: with 12 years of event venue management, Michelle estimates she has assisted with close to a 1000 weddings.

Marissa joined Erika's team in 2023 because she loves everything weddings! She's fun, energetic, and ready to make your experience unique and memorable. She loves connecting with each bride to help bring their wedding-day vision to life.
Fun Fact: Marissa has over 5 years of experience in the wedding industry, specializing in event planning.

Maddi joined Erika’s team in 2024 to pursue her love of weddings, fashion, and love! She’s bubbly, outgoing, and determined to help every bride find their perfect dress. She absolutely loves helping each bride through the journey, ensuring they feel beautiful, confident, and everything they want to feel on their special day!
Fun fact: Maddi is a passionate nurse by day, dedicated to providing the best care for her patients. Balancing these two fulfilling roles, Maddi truly embodies commitment and compassion in everything she does.

Elaina joined Erika's team in 2024, looking to further her interest in fashion, and she is passionate about helping brides find their dress for their special day! She is kind, attentive, and loves being a part of the process to make each bride's vision a reality.
Fun Fact: Elaina has traveled across the world to participate in the Model United Nations, which requires understanding of different perspectives, inclusivity, and excellent communication skills. She loves to apply what she's learned to working at Erika's!

Dani has worked in the bridal industry for over 10 years! She started out working at a bridal shop in the Madison area, then moved to the Neenah area for graduate school and began working at Erika's in 2015.
Fun Fact: Dani is a clinical mental health therapist and loves connecting with our brides and helping them to feel supported in the dress-buying process. She also wore a Rebecca Ingram dress for her wedding in 2023.

Lauren joined Erika's team in 2024 because she has a passion for the wedding industry. She loves the opportunity to bring Erika's into a new light on social media, and share the beautiful dresses of Erika's! Lauren has owned her own Wedding Photography business since 2019, and was also a personal trainer for the last few years.
Fun Fact: Lauren has attended and photographed over 100 weddings in the last three years.
