Our team of bridal stylists are here to help you find the perfect wedding dress. With years of experience and a keen eye for detail, they will work with you to create a look that is uniquely you.
Owner
Amy
Amy is a Milwaukee native who graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was a preschool teacher, and a long-time Nanny and Personal Assistant before moving to Neenah where her husband is from. Seeking a change and to fulfill her passion for fashion and bridal gowns, she joined the staff at Erika’s in 2018. When the opportunity was presented to purchase Erika’s in 2021, she knew it was a dream come true.
Amy believes there is a gown for every bride. She is patient, welcoming, and has created a boutique that is about the experience and not pressure. Her favorite part of each appointment is standing back and watching a bride fall in love with a gown. She loves getting to know each bride, since they become family. Amy will continue Erika's tradition of bridal designers unique to the Fox Valley and excellent customer service.
Fun Fact: Amy wore a Dessy dress for her small ceremony in Las Vegas and an Enzoani gown for her larger celebration. She found both of her dresses at Erika's Bridal Couture.

Dani has worked in the bridal industry for almost 10 years! She started out working at a bridal shop in the Madison area, then moved to the Neenah area for graduate school and began working at Erika's in 2015.
Fun Fact: Dani is a clinical mental health therapist and loves connecting with the brides and helping them to feel supported in the dress-buying process.

Michelle joined the Erika’s team in 2019, to fulfill a desire to reconnect with the wedding industry. As a former event venue manager at some of the region's beautiful and historic venues, Michelle shares a true enthusiasm to help brides find a bridal look to compliment the many aspects of their wedding day. The modern-romantic Watters gowns that we carry are some of Michelle's favorite dresses.
Fun fact: with 12 years of event venue management, Michelle estimates she has assisted with close to a 1000 weddings.

Abby loves all things bridal and weddings! She joined the Erika’s Bridal Couture team in 2019 amidst planning her own wedding. She works full-time in accounting, but loves the glitz and glamour of “Bridal Saturdays” assisting brides in finding the dress of their dreams.
Fun Fact: She wore a White April gown from Erika’s Bridal Couture on her wedding day - her favorite part was the detachable cape!

Mary joined Erika's team in 2022, giving her the rewarding opportunity to help others feel that “bridal magic” she felt when purchasing her own gown at Erika’s. She was inspired by the women-empowered business that created such an inclusive, intimate, and dreamy experience that she knew she needed to be a part of it.
Fun Fact: Mary met her husband at a destination wedding in Mexico. In May 2023, she wore an Enzoani gown for her own destination wedding in Mexico.

Marissa joined Erika's team in 2023 since she loves everything weddings! She's fun, energetic, and ready to make your experience unique and memorable. She loves connecting with each bride to help complete their wedding day vision.
Fun Fact: Marissa has over 5 years in the wedding industry with Event Planning.

Elaina joined the Erika's team in 2024, looking to further her interest in fashion and she is passionate about helping brides find their gown for their special day! She is kind, attentive, and loves being a part of the process to make each bride's vision a reality.
Fun Fact: Elaina has traveled across the world to participate in Model United Nations, which requires understanding of different perspectives, inclusivity, and excellent communication skills. She loves to apply what she's learned to working at Erika's!
