Yes. Appointments are required for those looking to try on bridal gowns or to shop for bridal accessories. An appointment will ensure that you have a fitting room as well as a bridal stylist to assist you. 

Bridal Collection: $1,400 – $3,500
Earrings/Veils/Hair Accessories: $50-$750 

Our sample bridal gowns range in size from 6 - 28, with the average sample size of 10 - 18. Our curve collections include sizes from 18 - 28. Depending on the designer, gowns can be ordered in a size 00 - 32. 

We encourage bringing supportive and loving guests who will celebrate you! Our bridal suites can comfortably seat four guests. We can accommodate more guests, if space allows. The entrance and seating in the boutique is wheelchair accessible. Young children are welcome, but we do require full hands on supervision throughout your appointment. We kindly ask that you only bring in clear colored beverages and no food.

For a relaxing experience, we recommend ordering your gown 9 - 12 months before your wedding date. Delivery times for bridal gowns are typically 4 - 6 months. Rush options are sometimes available for an additional charge. In addition, you need to make time for alterations, which can take 2 - 3 months, and allow some buffer for any delays. If you are on a shorter timeline, you can shop our Off-the-Rack selection of gowns.

This appointment is perfect for the bride on a budget or a shorter timeline. Shop our collection of off-the-rack bridal samples at a discounted price. Our off-the-rack bridal gowns are gently used designer samples, ready for you to take home the day of purchase.

During the dress shopping process, you may want to bring along any undergarments that you require (strapless bra, spanx, etc.).  Additionally, you may want to bring any pictures of gowns for inspiration of what you might be looking for, check out our Pinterest page for our current inventory. 

This looks different for every bride and that's what makes this unique for everyone. Brides are often under the impression that they need to visit every bridal shop before saying "YES" to their dream dress. However, we find that brides who keep the decision simple are the ones who truly have the most positive experience. Over-shopping gets exhausting and becomes work. When you put on a dress, feel like the absolute best version of yourself, you will know it's the one. Plus, when you decide to purchase a dress, we'll pop the bubbly for you and your group. 

Unfortunately, no. As dresses are special ordered, all sales are final. There are no cancellations, returns, or exchanges. All deposits are non-refundable.

We no longer carry Bridesmaid dresses or Mother's dresses.

We do not have an in-house seamstress, however, we have a wonderful referral list of highly regarded seamstresses in the Fox Cities area. All of the seamstresses are well-established, and have experience working on Erika’s Bridal Couture dresses. 

Our alterations referral list is provided to our brides upon ordering.  

Erika’s Bridal Couture carries an edited selection of each designer’s collection. During trunk shows, we have a larger selection of dresses in store from a specific designer and typically offer a designer discount for gown orders placed during the show.  The trunk show usually takes place during the weekend, and spots fill up quickly.  We recommend reserving a spot early for our trunk shows.
